Terms & Conditions

The ground rules for using our website and starting a conversation about working together.

At a glance

You can explore our services and contact us here. Project scope, fees, ownership and support commitments belong in a separate agreement. These website terms preserve rights and remedies that Indian law protects.

About these terms

These terms govern use of the corporate website of Comsphere IT Solutions Private Limited (“Comsphere”, “we”, “us”) and its general information and enquiry channels. Please read them before using the website. If you do not agree, stop using it.

They do not by themselves create a software-development engagement, cloud-services subscription or support commitment. A signed proposal, statement of work or other expressly accepted service agreement governs paid work. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms on the same subject, the agreement takes precedence for that engagement.

Healthly is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. No account is created and no product subscription begins merely by visiting this corporate website.

Eligibility and authority

To enter a binding engagement with Comsphere, you must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to make the relevant commitments on its behalf.

Please provide accurate contact and project information when you communicate with us. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to disclose information belonging to your employer, clients or other people.

Using the website responsibly

You may use the website to learn about Comsphere, review its services and make genuine enquiries. You must not:

  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or information, or bypass security controls.
  • Introduce malicious code, overload the site, disrupt other users, or use automated access in a way that harms availability or security.
  • Impersonate someone, submit fraudulent requests, or use our contact details for spam or harassment.
  • Use the website to infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other legal rights, or for unlawful purposes.
  • Reproduce our branding or content in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or ownership without permission.

These restrictions do not remove rights you have under applicable law. If you discover a security problem, report it to our contact address without accessing other people’s information or causing disruption.

Website content and intellectual property

Comsphere and its licensors retain rights in the website’s original text, design, graphics and other materials. You may view them and keep reasonable copies for your own evaluation of our services, provided ownership notices remain intact. Other uses require permission unless permitted by law.

Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. References to AWS or other technologies describe our areas of work; they do not by themselves claim certification, partnership or endorsement.

Service descriptions are general information. They are not a binding quote, delivery guarantee, security certification or promise of a particular business result.

Information you send us

You keep ownership of your original project materials. By sending an enquiry, you allow us to receive, review and use the information to respond and discuss the proposed work. This does not give us a right to publish your confidential materials or use them for unrelated marketing.

A general enquiry does not create a non-disclosure agreement. Where formal confidentiality or data-processing terms are needed, agree them with us before sending proprietary source code, credentials, production datasets, medical records or other sensitive material. Intellectual-property rights in commissioned work are set out in the agreed project contract.

Projects, fees and cancellations

Before paid work begins, the relevant agreement should specify scope, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, fees, applicable taxes, payment schedule, acceptance criteria and any support period. Changes to scope or price require the agreement described in that contract.

The corporate website does not currently take online payments or enrol visitors in automatically renewing subscriptions. An enquiry alone creates no payment obligation. Invoices and payment instructions must come through the agreed business channels.

Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds and charges for work already performed are governed by the engagement agreement and applicable law. These website terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or override mandatory consumer remedies.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled in connection with the corporate website and business enquiries. Acceptance of website terms is not a substitute for specific data-processing consent where that consent is required.

We may reply to your enquiry and send communications needed for an agreed engagement. Optional promotional communications require the applicable permission and an accessible way to opt out.

External websites and services

Links may take you to websites or services operated under separate terms, including Healthly and third-party platforms. Review their terms and privacy notices before using them. We do not control third-party availability or changes to their content.

Information about cloud architecture, software or a product on this website is general information and should be assessed for your circumstances. Product-specific guidance, including any health-related functionality, is subject to that product’s own scope and terms.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. We may correct, update, suspend or discontinue website features. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or that every error will be immediately corrected.

To the extent legally permitted, general website content is provided without implied guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose. Any express warranty, service level or support obligation for paid work must be set out in the applicable agreement.

Responsibility and limits

Each party remains responsible for its own conduct as required by law. To the extent permitted by law, Comsphere is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business opportunities, arising solely from use of or inability to access this general-information website.

No exclusion in these terms applies to fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing here takes away mandatory consumer rights, applicable data-protection rights, or remedies available under Indian law. Responsibility for commissioned services is governed by the applicable engagement agreement, subject to those protections.

Stopping use and restricted access

You can stop using the website at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or a legal requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the restriction and how to contact us about an error.

Ending access does not erase legal obligations already incurred or remove a valid right to request deletion of personal information. Any termination of paid services follows the relevant agreement.

Indian law and resolving concerns

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a concern arises, write to contact@comsphereit.com with a description of the issue and the outcome you seek so we can try to resolve it.

Subject to mandatory law, disputes concerning these website terms may be brought before competent courts in Hyderabad. This does not restrict a consumer’s right to use an applicable consumer commission, a person’s right to approach an appropriate regulator, or any other forum or remedy that the law makes available. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory remedies is imposed by these terms.

Updates and general provisions

We will identify the date of any revised terms on this page and highlight material changes. Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite a signed engagement or remove rights that have already accrued. Where express acceptance is required, we will seek it.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A delay in enforcing a right does not by itself waive that right. No partnership, agency or employment relationship is created by use of the website.
